For your convenience, Private Parfum LLC (the "Company") offers our customers the option to return certain products within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, "Final Sale" items, international orders, and certain other items).

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All the return shipping charges have to be borne by the customer. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Gently used condition means that not more than 15% of the Product was used, specifically, the Product must be at least 230 grams in volume and in its original packaging to ensure and eligible for full credit. The Company monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND/OR PACKAGING CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. The Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returns in violation of this Refund Policy, including items, returned damaged or missing packaging or documentation.

Any product that is delivered defective may be sent back to us for a full refund or replacement if the same product is unavailable.

Items shipped to the Company outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without the appropriate documentation, may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.

If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the Company's original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your purchase.
